Conditions


When the shoes are ordered, you will receive an order confirmation. When shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking. 

I accept PayPal with Visa and Mastercard. A PayPal account is not necessary. Ask if you prefer an invoice. I accept payments through Transferwise too, and this normally ends up cheaper for you as a customer. 

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be included for Norwegian customers. When you reach checkout, the tax will be calculated and deducted if you're situated outside Norway.

Privacy policy

Shoes of Stefan follows the law on personal data by The Norwegian Data Protection Authority. The Data Protection Authority shall facilitate protection of individuals from violation of their right to privacy through processing of their personal data. Personal information given by customers will not be forwarded to any third parties.

All web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction, are what is called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). The pages are enabled with SSL-encryption (Secure Socket Layer), when in use, you can see the lock symbol in your status or address line.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. When returning items purchased on my web shop you are entitled to a full refund or item exchange. All returned merchandise shall be returned in its original condition and shall only be returned with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Be sure to include the receipt you received with your original delivery.

In the case of a return, shipping will need to be covered by you. If you want to exchange into another item, I cover the shipping back to you. Refunds are issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you paid taxes when receiving your goods, you may be eligible to get your taxes refunded. Please contact your national customs authorities for assistance in this matter.

I am not responsible for compensation of lost packages without any proof of delivery. When your return is received I will refund the purchase immediately.

MTO/GMTO Refund

If you're not happy with a Made To Order delivery, please be aware that we reserve the right to complete the transaction in full. These products are ordered and built for you, and you only.
